-Any material that violates, or could induce any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
-Any material that could infringe a right to privacy, publicity, copyright or other proprietary rights without the permission of the owner and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material.
-Any material sent from an anonymous or false address will not be accepted. AnalogueConversion.com is not responsibile for reviewing any material you submit. The consumer is fully liable for all material. AnalogueConversion.com may deny services for any particular submission, at any time, for any reason. In the event that AnalogueConversion.com is alerted to any material in violation of these terms, AnalogueCoversion.com reserves the right to deny service and report the material to proper authorities. The consumer herby grants AnalogueConversion.com all rights necessary to exclusively perform the services, including, without limitation, the right to copy, modify, and display any material submitted.

Privacy

All information and material submitted to ANALOGUECONVERSION.COM is kept confidential for our own use in providing the offered services. Submitted information will not be sold or disclosed to any buisness or persons not affiliated with ANALOGUECONVERSION.com.

Returns

ANALOGUECONVERSION.COM will honor returns on servies due to tranfer errors or any other faults produced on final copies that were not included in original submissions. Customers have 30 days after the date of purchase to make a claim for full refund. AnalogueConversion.com is not responsible for DVDs that are incompatible with consumer's DVD player.
